This group of buildings is one of the older expat addresses in Qingdao. The one reason to be here is the location. Right next to the ocean but also very close to shops and restaurants. The common areas are in decent condition, however, it can be a little bit of an effort to find a suitable property, but sometimes can be worth the effort as the prices are quite good to be centrally located.
